I am excited to share Emma Lynne’s nursery with you today! Welcome to EL’s soft feminine nursery, where modern boho baby nursery design meets cozy pink nursery decor. I had so much fun decorating a girly room for our daughter since pink is my favorite color!
We are using the Nanit baby monitor this time around. I like it a lot better than the one we used with Jett.
I have linked everything below.

I wanted a really feminine, pink, girly room that I enjoyed being in and that really represented being a girl mom. I also reused some of the items from my son’s nursery that were gender neutral, like the glider and the crib. A few things like the rug & light fixture I already had when this room was my office. We bought the same dresser that we have in Jett’s room from IKEA and swapped out the drawer pulls.
We painted the wall pink first, then my husband put up the wood boards with glue and a nail gun. Then I painted the boards once they were on the wall. The paint color is “Rosy Outlook” from Sherwin-Williams. I used 2 samples to do the wall.
Our vertical wood boards do not cover the whole length of the wall, but instead of cutting them or doing a strip horizontally at the top/bottom we just left it. Our glider and crib covers it and it doesn’t bother me having a gap at the bottom. But make sure to measure your wall and see what works for you!
